PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Unique and exciting career opportunity for a self motivated individual who wants to work in a residential setting. Freedom House provides a holistic approach to treatment of addiction for mothers and their children in a long term, Christian, family environment.

Function:Directing and managing all aspects of resident admissions, level planning, individual and group counseling, life skills classes, case management services, discharges, and the aftercare program. Provides, oversees, and administers a wide range of psychosocial evaluations and assessments, diagnostics, and crisis intervention to the Freedom House mothers and children. Screens, processes, trains, and supervises agency volunteers, interns, and residential staff.

Qualifications:Masters Level Professional and LCAS with a minimum of two years experience providing substance abuse treatment services to the target population.

The Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy Center of WNC, PA is seeking to fill 2 full-time positions.
