David C. Kaufmann, MA, LPCA - received his master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Appalachian State University and is a licensed professional counselor associate in North Carolina. His master's program included a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy as well as certification in Addictions Counseling. His experience includes working with individuals, couples, and with groups in a university counseling center and in the community. His interests include working with anxiety disorders, substance abuse issues, career counseling, and family counseling. He works with clients using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy as well as with ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).

David has regular office hours during the week as well as offering limited hours on Saturdays.
